Le DPV est la diff\u00e9rence entre la quantit\u00e9 maximale d&#8217;eau que l&#8217;air peut contenir et la quantit\u00e9 qu&#8217;il contient effectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>DPV = Pression de vapeur (\u00e0 saturation) &#8211; Pression de vapeur (air)<\/em><\/strong><br><br>* <em>Unit\u00e9 exprim\u00e9e en kPa ou mb ou psi<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaison \u00e0 l&#8217;<strong>humidit\u00e9 relative<\/strong> (param\u00e8tre climatique), le DPV est corr\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00e0 la transpiration des feuilles et permet une approche plus pr\u00e9cise pour am\u00e9liorer les performances agronomiques.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Extrait \/\/ Formation online \u00e0 la culture de Microgreens \/\/ Les Sourciers\" width=\"730\" height=\"411\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P_B4D0YkDdc?start=61&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Influence du DPV sur la transpiration des plantes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <strong>DPV \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> (sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,0 kPa) signifie que l&#8217;air est sec. En effet, l&#8217;air peut encore contenir une grande quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;eau. Dans ce cas, la <strong>plante transpire trop rapidement<\/strong>, ce qui entra\u00eene une forte s\u00e9cheresse (tissu) et un stress. Il y a une plus grande diff\u00e9rence de pression de vapeur entre la feuille et l&#8217;air. Cela affectera l&#8217;<strong>ouverture des stomates<\/strong> (plus petite alors que la DPV augmente) et l&#8217;<strong>absorption de CO2<\/strong> (elle est r\u00e9duite).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <strong>DPV faible<\/strong> (inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,4 kPa) signifie que l&#8217;air est presque satur\u00e9. Un VPD de z\u00e9ro signifie que l&#8217;air est satur\u00e9 \u00e0 100 % et que les cultures ne peuvent donc <strong>pas transpirer efficacement<\/strong>. En fait, la vapeur d&#8217;eau ne quitte pas la plante, l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 reste sur la feuille.
