{"id":8683,"date":"2023-06-17T12:55:15","date_gmt":"2023-06-17T10:55:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/how-co2-can-be-consumed-in-a-cultivation-greenhouse\/"},"modified":"2023-06-25T16:33:37","modified_gmt":"2023-06-25T14:33:37","slug":"valorisation-dioxide-carbone-agriculture-en-serre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/fr\/valorisation-dioxide-carbone-agriculture-en-serre\/","title":{"rendered":"Utilisation et valorisation du CO2 en agriculture sous serre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l&#8217;avons vu dans un article pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, le <strong>dioxyde de carbone<\/strong> (ou CO2) joue un r\u00f4le majeur dans l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration des rendements des processus biologiques, tels que la production d&#8217;algues et les cultures sous serre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la particularit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tabolisme autotrophe des cellules v\u00e9g\u00e9tales chlorophylliennes est leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 synth\u00e9tiser de la mati\u00e8re organique sous forme d&#8217;hydrates de carbone \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res min\u00e9rales (CO2, H2O et sels min\u00e9raux). Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est connu sous le nom de <strong>photosynth\u00e8se<\/strong>. D&#8217;autres \u00eatres vivants peuvent le faire, comme les <strong>cyanobact\u00e9ries<\/strong>, un groupe de bact\u00e9ries photosynth\u00e9tiques commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9es &#8220;algues&#8221;. Voir l&#8217;article d\u00e9di\u00e9 sur le sujet <a href=\"https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/fr\/culture-de-spiruline-sous-serre-plastique\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une serre, la consommation de CO2 d\u00e9pend du <strong>type de culture<\/strong> (activit\u00e9 photosynth\u00e9tique). De plus, elle d\u00e9pend \u00e9galement de la mani\u00e8re dont l&#8217;\u00e9clairage est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 dans la zone de production : Un <strong>\u00e9clairage sur une p\u00e9riode de 12 mois<\/strong> signifie qu&#8217;il y aura un enrichissement en CO2 tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pour les plantes. Cela a un effet saisonnier important : la consommation est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e au printemps et la plus faible en hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous verrons dans cet article comment le CO2 peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 dans une serre de culture avec des exemples concrets. Le syst\u00e8me de distribution du gaz (tuyaux) est situ\u00e9 le plus pr\u00e8s possible des installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de technologie se retrouve notamment dans les serres de production de tomates, de poivrons et m\u00eame de cannabis, qui ont une <strong>activit\u00e9 photosynth\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong> et des besoins en CO2 allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 1 200 ppm (parties par million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"672\" height=\"370\" src=\"https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8644\" srcset=\"https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image.png 672w, https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-300x165.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 672px) 100vw, 672px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux avantages du CO2 liquide sont la <strong>puret\u00e9 du produit<\/strong>, l&#8217;absence de risque d&#8217;endommagement des cultures et de production de chaleur ou d&#8217;humidit\u00e9. En outre, il est possible de mieux contr\u00f4ler les niveaux de CO2 et d&#8217;introduire le CO2 dans le couvert v\u00e9g\u00e9tal \u00e0 tout moment. Le <strong>dosage uniforme du CO2<\/strong> joue un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important dans la production en serre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>&#8211; CO2 gazeux (combustion sur place)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la plupart des projets de serres \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, le CO2 est utilis\u00e9 sous <strong>forme liquide<\/strong> et le CO2 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 est ensuite diffus\u00e9 directement dans les zones de culture. En effet, une <strong>combustion incompl\u00e8te<\/strong> ou des combustibles contamin\u00e9s peuvent endommager les plantes et contaminer l&#8217;air pour les travailleurs. La combustion des combustibles g\u00e9n\u00e8re \u00e9galement de l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 (= risques de maladies fongiques), cependant, dans le cas du propane, la quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par kg de CO2 est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du gaz naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les <strong>syst\u00e8mes de chauffage \u00e0 la biomasse<\/strong>, le d\u00e9fi consistera \u00e0 filtrer les gaz de combustion afin d&#8217;obtenir le CO2 le plus pur possible. En outre, l&#8217;un des d\u00e9fis est la variabilit\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 de la biomasse et donc la production constante d&#8217;un CO2 &#8220;propre&#8221; pour les plantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Prochaine \u00e9tape : le CO2 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la m\u00e9thanisation est-il utilisable ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>m\u00e9thanisation <\/strong>est populaire en Europe du Nord et commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper rapidement en France et aux Etats-Unis. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet de <strong>produire de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie renouvelable<\/strong> (biom\u00e9thane) et un digestat solide. Ce digestat, utilis\u00e9 comme engrais organique, contribue au bouclage des cycles et au maintien de la fertilit\u00e9 des sols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la <strong>production de biom\u00e9thane<\/strong>, le processus d&#8217;\u00e9puration du gaz <strong>produit du CO2<\/strong>. Actuellement, ce CO2 n&#8217;est pas syst\u00e9matiquement r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 et donc rejet\u00e9 dans l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re, contribuant ainsi au r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>prix du CO2<\/strong> sur le march\u00e9 est actuellement tr\u00e8s variable, mais une fa\u00e7on d&#8217;augmenter sa valeur serait d&#8217;avoir des unit\u00e9s de m\u00e9thanisation le plus pr\u00e8s possible des serres de production, afin de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"797\" height=\"391\" src=\"https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1.png\" alt=\"Synergy between methanization unit and greenhouse to produce vegetable and fruits   \" class=\"wp-image-8671\" srcset=\"https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1.png 797w, https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1-768x377.png 768w, https:\/\/horti-generation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1-730x358.png 730w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 797px) 100vw, 797px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;un des principaux d\u00e9fis consistera \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le CO2 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 le transporter \u00e0 un <strong>co\u00fbt abordable pour les serristes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, la proximit\u00e9 d&#8217;une serre de culture et d&#8217;une unit\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanisation permet d&#8217;envisager d&#8217;<strong>autres synergies<\/strong>, comme la valorisation de la chaleur et du digestat dans les substrats de culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CO2 est un <strong>param\u00e8tre essentiel<\/strong> qui influe sur la physiologie et la croissance des plantes, en particulier pour les cultures \u00e0 forte photosynth\u00e8se.
