A glimpse of my personal trip to Myanmar (Burma) in January 2019 visiting the growers in remote villages:

The agricultural region of Kalaw known for its open-field red pepper and ginger cultivation:

First floor of every house is a place to store the harvest (example below = ginger):

Trucks leaving in the morning with bags full of red peppers (above)
Local farmers practice burning technic to fertilize the crops
